Following is a list of the most current downloadable policies.  They are all in PDF format.  If you are not familiar with PDF documents, this link to Adobe.com will explain just what they are and how they they have become the universal file format for distributing documents so that anyone on any type of computer can view or print the document the same way it was intended by the author.
 

To take advantage of the PDF type of document format, you computer must have a PDF reader program on it.  Most machines and many software programs some with a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, the major PDF reader program used worldwide.  If you don't have a copy, you can download a free copy and install it on you computer by clicking this link to the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader Download Page. Once you've installed the reader, you will be able to view and print any of our policy documents listed below.

After you've installed Adobe Acrobat Reader, and you've clicked on one of the links below, and they still don't open in your browser, you can always right-click the link, choose "SAVE AS", save the file to your desktop, then go to your desktop and click on the file there to open it.  If you have any problems opening the policies, please contact us either by  email (info@thescool.com) or by phone (866) 284-3726.
